Let’s get to it!
How to Make No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
2 cups Dutch Waffle Pie crumbs
6 tbsp of unsalted butter
Filling
1- 8 oz block cream cheese
1 box instant cheesecake pudding
1 15 oz can pumpkin filling
1 - 8 oz whip topping
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Making the Crust
Melt six tablespoons of unsalted butter.
Mix 2 cups of Dutch Waffle Company No-Bake Stroopwafel Pie Crust and 6 tablespoons of butter.
Stir until evenly mixed.
For the Filling
Beat cream cheese until creamy.
Fold in instant pudding, pumpkin pie filling, whip topping, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Chill.
Filling the Cups
Begin with 1 tbsp crumbs. You can press them down at the bottom of the cup to make a true crust or leave them crumbled for the same taste with a fun crunchy texture.
On top of the crumbs, add 2 tbsp pumpkin cheesecake filling.
Top with whip cream.
Sprinkle extra crust crumbs on top.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve!
Do I Need to Bake the Pie Crust?
Nope! No-Bake Stroopwafel Pie Crust is made from the grounds of stroopwafel cutoffs (before caramel is added), which means it’s already been baked and flavored for you.
