Ingredients

1 package Dutch Waffle Company No-Bake Stroopwafel Pie Crust (Gluten-Free)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2–3 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

White chocolate, melted (for dipping)

Sprinkles (optional, for topping)

Cake pop sticks (or paper straw, cut to your preferred length)

Instructions

Make the filling:

In a bowl, crumble the No-Bake Stroopwafel Pie Crust (Gluten-Free) into fine crumbs. Add softened cream cheese and caramel sauce. Mix until smooth and dough-like.

Shape the pops:

Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Place on a lined baking sheet. Insert cake pop sticks into each ball. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up.

Dip and decorate:

Melt white chocolate until smooth. Dip each cake pop stick and put them into each chilled cake pop. Then once dry, dip each cake pop, on a stick, into the white chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place upright or on parchment to set.

Finish with flair:

Drizzle extra caramel on top, add mini stroopwafels and/or sprinkles while the coating is still slightly soft. Let set completely. Your family and friends, and especially kiddos will LOVE them!
