Peaches are still in season through late September, and there’s no better way to enjoy this delectable fruit than with peaches and cream! Fortunately, our friend The Jenny Wren sent us a super easy, delicious, gluten free recipe you can enjoy here at the end of summer.
Gluten Free Peaches And Cream Stroopwafel Dessert
This recipe is the best for last minute gatherings or quick and easy desserts. It’s got 6 ingredients (including the crust) and only 5 steps to complete. Plus, it’s gluten free, making it a perfect dessert to take to gatherings with family or friends who may have food sensitivities.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of No-Bake Gluten Free Stroopwafel Pie Crust
- 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 8 peaches diced
- 1 stick cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 8 oz cool whip
Instructions

Dice And Sugar Peaches/ Set Aside
You don’t need a specific type of peach for this recipe. You’re not baking it, which means the flavor and texture of the peach won’t change in an oven. Just choose whatever peach you love best!
The recipe officially calls for 1 cup of white, granulated sugar, but you can reduce sugar to taste if you want a slightly healthier recipe or have some extra sweet peaches!

Prepare Crust As On Pie Crumb Package
Dutch Waffle Company’s No-Bake Stroopwafel Pie crust is a winner for so many reasons. One– it’s made from gluten free stroopwafel crumbs (without the caramel). This adds some warm, stroopwafel flavors to your dessert without you putting in any extra work!
Two-–you really don’t have to bake it. Simply follow the instructions on the package (mix 2 cups of crust crumbs with 6 tbsp unsalted butter) and pat it down with a spoon in your pan. For this recipe, we used a 9”x9” baking pan.
Make sure you pack the crumbs down well so it’s easy to spread your cream cheese, sugar, and cool whip mixture over them later on.
-
Beat Cream Cheese And Sugar, Add In Cool Whip
This is the cream part of your peaches and cream dessert! The result is a bit like cheesecake, with the cool whip adding a light, fluffy texture.
The Jenny Wren is all about accessible hospitality, so she uses pre-made cool whip to make the recipe even faster and easier. You’re welcome to follow a homemade cool whip recipe if you prefer the texture and flavor of that, and have the time to make it!
-
Spread Cream Cheese Mixture Over Crumbs
Again, make sure you’ve really packed down that pie crust so you can easily spread this on top of the crumbs.
-
Add Peaches To The Top!
It’s seriously this easy – once you’ve got the cream cheese mixture on, layer your peaches on top.
Your gluten free peaches and cream is done! Enjoy!
