No-Bake Gluten-Free Strawberry Cheesecake Chocolate-Covered Strawberries by Aleah Grande

Ingredients

  • 1 package Dutch Waffle Company No-Bake Gluten Free Stroopwafel Pie Crust (crumbs in a bowl)

  • Fresh strawberries, washed and fully dried

  • Dark melting chocolate

  • No-bake Philadelphia cheesecake filling

 


 

Instructions

  1. Prep the Strawberries
    Wash the strawberries and pat them completely dry. (Moisture will prevent the chocolate from sticking.)

  2. Melt the Chocolate
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 20–30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.

  3. Set Up Your Dipping Station
    Prepare three bowls:

    • Bowl 1: Melted dark chocolate

    • Bowl 2: Dutch Waffle Company No-Bake Gluten Free Stroopwafel Pie Crust (crumbs for coating)

    • Bowl 3: No-bake cheesecake filling

  4. Dip the Strawberries

    • First dip each strawberry into the cheesecake filling, letting excess drip off.

    • Next dip into the melted chocolate.

    • Immediately roll or sprinkle with the stroopwafel pie crust crumbs for a sweet, caramel-spiced crunch.

  5. Set the Coating
    Place the coated strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 5 minutes, just until the chocolate firms up.

  6. Serve & Enjoy
    Enjoy instantly or keep chilled for a cool, creamy, gluten-free treat!
